Right of Withdrawal (Return & Refund Policy)

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (chrom-shop.com, Tuchmühle 21B, 52355 Düren, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen (14) days expires.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to order, are personalized, or have been customized to meet the specific needs of the consumer (e.g., personalized band shirts).
